HEAL MY GUT CLUB

Heal My Gut Club is made to help people like you on their gut health journey. Specifically, it's is our loyalty program designed to reward you for taking your gut health journey with us. Through the program, you’ll be eligible to earn points whenever you engage with My Way Up, be it making a purchase, leaving a review, or following us on social media.

You can earn points by making product purchases, subscribing to products (extra points!), having a birthday, following us on social media, leaving a review, sending in a before/after photo or video, and simply by signing up to the program.

Click the “Rewards” link in the top navigation bar or footer of any My Way Up® page to be taken to your Heal My Gut Club homepage (please remember to login!). There, you can choose to redeem your points for coupons (in denominations of $5, $10, or $15) valid towards a future My Way Up® purchase. Points cannot be redeemed with any other discount.

The more you share your journey with us, the greater the rewards! Bronze is our level one tier - as soon as you join, you'll become a bronze member until you spend over $299 AUD in a calendar year.  Gold is our level 2 tier - you'll be a Gold member and receive greater rewards once you spend at least $300 AUD in a calendar year. Platinum is our level 3 tier - if you spend over $1000 AUD in a calendar year, here's where the perks get serious! If you invest in us to help you on your gut health journey - we'll invest in you! Tiers expire 12 months after their associated purchase. For example, if you make a purchase on December 1, 2022 that put you in the Platinum tier, your tier status wouldn’t expire until December 2024 (unless you made more purchases within that period to keep your status).

Perfect! You have automatically been enrolled in the Heal My Gut program. We structured the program to be effective retroactively from December 1, 2022. Any purchases made since that date will be automatically reflected in your Heal My Gut Club account!

When available to redeem, Deluxe + Sample rewards require users to be logged into their rewards account and check out with a minimum purchase of £1.

Whilst you get tonnes of points for subscribing, and continuing your subscription (we reward people who stay consistent on their gut health journey!), you can't use points on subscription product. But that's ok - use your points to discount another product you'd like to try to support your health and healing journey.

Sometimes it takes our system a few minutes to process and apply points to your account. If you don’t see the points in your account after 24 hours, please email us at support@mywayup.com with your order number and we’ll take care of it for you!

Any points associated with that order will be deducted from your account balance.

(1) The $ amount discounted using gift cards, credit codes or discount codes are not eligible to earn points. Also, taxes and shipping charges are not eligible toward earning points. (2) Customers must enter date of birth at least one (1) month prior to the first day of birth month to be eligible for a gift. Gifts are determined by My Way Up® at regular intervals and can be in the form of a physical product or coupon. Reviews left directly on our site and on products that have not been purchased on MyWayUp.com are not eligible. Review rewards with images are limited to a maximum of 6 reviews per customer and a maximum of 6 photo or video uploads with reviews per customer. Customer gives My Way Up® right to use before & after images or video in marketing materials (4) Please note that points are only earned for the first follow, like or share on each platform. To have the follow applied to your account, please go to the “Rewards” link on the top navigation bar or bottom footer of any My Way Up® page and login to be taken to your Heal My Gut Club homepage. Social follows do not apply if completed directly through your social media account. (5) Subscription bonus applies to new subscription only. Prior to 10th recurring subscription order of an active subscription when at the Platinum tier, user will receive a coupon code that can be applied in advance to subscription account to make 10th subscription free. (6) Coupon code values limited to defined denominations. Limit of one coupon code redemption per purchase. A $5 coupon can only be used with a minimum purchase of $40, a $10 coupon can only be used with a minimum purchase of $60, and a $15 coupon can only be used with a minimum purchase of $100. Points are non-transferable, have no cash value (unless required by law) and cannot be exchanged, sold or returned. My Way Up® is not responsible for lost or stolen points.
